The new 3D Infrared Scans mean:

Accurate scans are provided for the construction and facility management industries to identify moisture, material and workmanship quality, electrical hot spots and thermal efficiency

Scans are analysed against other datasets and repeated over time to quantify risks, monitor changes and provide evidence that issues have been resolved

Scans are provided in a format that can be standalone or loaded into 3D models such as digital twin or BIM providing easily referenced historical records
